Sanjeev Verma, A Hotel Management Graduate from IIBM Patna, brings a wealth of experience from his 27-years of career, including 13 years extensive work experience as General Manager & Pre-Opening General Manager with several properties like Gargee Groups of Hotel Patna, Hotel Reliance Bokaro, Hotel The Royal Phular Muzaffarpur, Pre-opening General Manager Moments Resort Ranchi. 3 years with Park Inn Jaipur, Clark Inn Alwar, Wall Street Jaipur as Manager Food & Beverage. He has also been worked as Departmental Trainer for Sarovar Park Inn Jaipur and contributed his expertise to their colleagues. He has good command over Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Manpower Management. Training Vertical in the Company, Sanjeev is responsible for Administration, administrating learning & development activities and Standard Operating Procedures at SAGATEL HOTELS. He curates and supervises the policies for training the workforce. His patience, positive energy and discipline always give strength to his personality. His work Mantra- Sincerity and hard work will always give results.

Gaurav Kumar brings over 19 years of deep industry expertise to SAGATEL HOTELS as Owner and Partner. He holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from Varanasi and built his career from the ground up, developing a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of luxury hotel operations. Throughout his distinguished career, Gaurav has served with world-renowned hospitality brands across India and the United Arab Emirates. His journey includes key roles at prestige domestic properties—such as Radisson Blu hotels in Jalandhar and Alibaug, Maharashtra—before expanding his footprint to Dubai. There, he made significant contributions to premier destinations including Flora Hospitality, Palazzo Versace Dubai, and LEGOLAND Hotel & Parks (Dubai Parks and Resorts), where he advanced from pre-opening mid management team member to manager-level leadership. Gaurav's track record of operational excellence and international brand management drives SAGATEL HOTELS’ strategic vision and commitment to high-standard hospitality.
